Podia ser mais lapidado, não tem a menor necessidade de ser tão longo e essa decisão faz o projeto como um todo sofrer bastante, mas aparentemente é uma trend na carreira do Zach de cada vez fazer álbuns maiores para poder se expressar mais, e mais, e das mais variadas formas. Mas as músicas mais fortes seguem sendo MUITO fortes. E, como álbum, também se mantém na mesma espiral de coesão a qual Zach vem montando sua carreira desde que passou por uma transformação no "American Heartbreak" e fez sua obra-prima logo depois, com o self-titled. Mesmo sendo o mais fraco dessa quadrilogia, justamente por sua megalomania de não saber editar a tracklist, o que não dá pra negar, é que "With Heaven on Top" é mais uma pedrada do maior artista country do nosso tempo.
