Ao fundir batidas eletrônicas industriais com sintetizadores sombrios e refrões maximalistas e viciantes, o disco resgata a audácia caótica do início de sua carreira sem abrir mão de sua maturidade artística atual. Faixas como Abracadabra provam que ela continua sendo uma das forças mais magnéticas, inovadoras e autênticas que já existiram no pop global.
Caraca, Stefani, nunca pensei que você iria superar a ruindade do Chromatica mas essa era dark pop disfarçada no meio de uma porção de músicas genéricas e sem graça conseguiu superar. O Chromatica é ruim, mas ao menos é fiel ao conceito que ela propôs, esse aqui nem isso, uma bagunça completa que atinge sua cereja do bolo no descaramento de ter Die With a Smile encerrando a tracklist sem o menor cabimento já que claramente não era pra estar no album, e não tem absolutamente nada com qualquer música que veio antes. Até me irritou. Também não chega nem perto de ter um Babylon, quiçá uma 911... É realmente o pior algum que ela já fez. O Harlequin, por exemplo, inclusive é mais interessante e criativo.
