É impossível ouvir e não gostar, esse retorno é a prova definitiva de que a Carly domina a arte do pop sutil e sofisticado, entregando uma sensibilidade melódica muito gostosa de apreciar. Ao meu ver o grande trunfo do "Day and Night" é entender que amadurecer não significa sentir menos, mas sim navegar pelas ambiguidades da vida adulta com mais leveza.
Night definitely eats Day up, but overall this is such a magnificent and mature album. Carly Rae Jepsen made her sound grow so much while still remaining such a quintessential pop artist. Such a diverse, beautiful and neatly produced work. I'm not bored one second despite the length and I'm absolutely never disappointed. The world doesn't deserve such a wonderful artist.
O mais fraco dela até agora, parece que ela ficou com preguiça de selecionar as 12 melhores e inventou essa história de dia/noite pra empurrar o máximo de material possivel. Muita quantidade e pouca qualidade. Os singles são bons mas não tem muitas qualidades além disso.
